THE LAZY CUPPER

The Lazy Cupper® was born out of a real need from our team. Most of the time, unless we're doing full-on quality control, we don’t want to use full SCA form—or any official cupping sheet, for the matter.

When we're at an event, on a sourcing trip, or cupping with partners at origin, we often need to assess coffee quickly and keep track of what we've tasted. That’s exactly why we created The Lazy Cupper®.

It’s designed to be fast, simple, and focused on the qualitative—what you feel, taste, and remember—rather than the overly technical. (SCA or CoE forms are already great quantitative forms)
